First, let me start off by saying that I hate tuna fish. Even when we were growing up (and my Dad worked for Star Kist) and we had unlimited tuna, I hated tuna... but now....

I had tried a blackened tuna dip a few weeks ago and was surprised at how delicious it was so we figured out a way to make it at home.

Ingredients: a package of tuna, a spoon of mayo, about a teaspoon of our buccaneer creole seasoning, and 1 diced scallion(just cause I had it)

Directions: Mix (yup, that's it)

Enjoy with crackers or toast, sooo good! And technically healthy by my standards!
