Taste-tacular Cherry Chocolate

What's better than a hot fudge sundae?

- A cherry chocolate rum cake heated under the broiler and topped with vanilla ice cream. (This is how Danny and I enjoy our rum cakes late at night.)

The broiler gives the top of the cake a toasty crunch which is a perfect complement to the cold, creamy ice cream and the rich moist rum cake. And there's just something about cherry flavor and ice cream and gooey chocolate chips… mmm mmm mmmmm
