Since we're based in the south we had to have a red velvet rum cake. Our red velvet recipe starts with buttermilk and dark rum. Then we skip over cream cheese to white chocolate chips. Yes, this smooth red velvet rum cake features white chocolate chips that almost melt into the cake during the double glazing process for a sweet and creamy bite.


Our medium rum cake is 16 ounces and will serve 6-8 people.
