Red Velvet Rum Cake | Large
Since we're based in the south we had to have a red velvet rum cake.
Our red velvet recipe starts with buttermilk and dark rum. Then we skip over cream cheese to white chocolate chips. Yes, this smooth red velvet rum cake features white chocolate chips that almost melt into the cake during the double glazing process for a sweet and creamy bite.
Our 32 oz rum cake is available in over a dozen flavors daily + rotating seasonal flavors that are unique to our bakery.

Our large rum cake is 32 oz and serves 10-12 people.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen
