Summer won't seem far away when you're enjoying our pineapple rum cake.  Double glazed with our dark rum glaze, we use an all natural pineapple extract in this recipe so every single bite will be bursting with pineapple flavor. A sprinkle of walnuts on top of this pineapple rum cake provides the perfect amount of texture.

Our medium (16 ounce) cake will serve 6-8 people. Perfect to share with family or friends.
