Summer is a little bit closer with our Painkiller rum cake. This mix of pineapple, orange and coconut is perfectly balanced by the addition of nutmeg.  Double glazed with rum so it's super moist and delicious.
Our  medium (16 ounce) cake will serve 6-8 people.
