By popular request, we've made our Red Velvet rum cake in Gluten Free. 
We left the walnuts out of this recipe and substituted white chocolate chips for a creamy bite to this velvety smooth rum cake.
Our 16 oz size is perfect for 4 - 6 people.

Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.

*Baked in a kitchen that uses wheat flour, (but we make and seal these guys first thing in the morning when there isn't any regular flour in the air/workspace).
