Our gluten free Mexican Hot Chocolate rum cake has everything you want for the cold winter months - chocolate, cinnamon, spice and everything nice. 
We've taken our milk chocolate batter and infused it with coffee, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne to create a complex flavor you've never experienced in rum cake before.
Our medium rum cake is 16 ounces and will serve 4-6 people.
