For our dark chocolate orange gluten free rum cake, we start with our already delectable dark chocolate batter and dark rum, then we mix in the brightness of orange for a rich and refreshing chocolate rum cake. We also include those really big dark chocolate chips because they're just so good.  As usual, double glazed with rum.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality rum cake. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.

*Baked in a kitchen that uses wheat flour, (but we make and seal these guys first thing in the morning when there isn't any flour in the air/workspace).
