August's flavor of the month will have you slicing up rum cake for breakfast.  Paired with a cup of coffee, this super moist banana rum cake is the perfect start to the dog days of summer.
Our small (5 oz) cake is the perfect size for sharing.
As usual, double glazed with rum.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality rum cake. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.

*Baked in a kitchen that uses wheat flour, (but we make and seal these guys first thing in the morning when there isn't any flour in the air/workspace).
