Dark Chocolate rum cake is the perfect gift for chocolate lovers!
We add dark rum to the batter and double glaze it when it comes out of the oven. We include walnuts in our dark chocolate rum cake for texture as well as those extra large dark chocolate chips that my mom tells me are full of antioxidants, right?
 
Our 32 oz rum cake is available in over a dozen flavors daily + rotating seasonal flavors that are unique to our bakery.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
