Inspired by our favorite girl scout cookie - say hello to our Dark Chocolate Mint Chip Rum Cake.  We start with our dark chocolate rum cake batter and add in a dash of mint, then we pour in a whole lot of mini mint chocolate chips that melt away into the cake while baking.
Our large (32 ounce) cake with serve 8-10 people.
As usual, double glazed so it's super moist and delicious.
