Our Creamsicle rum cake is a refreshing burst of orange paired with creamy vanilla: we even use vanilla bean ice cream in the recipe! Vanilla rum in the batter and the glaze further enhances the flavor and keeps it super moist while white chocolate chips are a delightful addition of texture.
