You'll swear you're eating a chocolate covered cherry when you try our Cherry Chocolate rum cake. It's my mom's favorite flavor and a top seller for both mother's day gifts and holiday parties.
We start with a milk chocolate batter and add an all natural cherry extract as well as dark rum so you get all the flavors in every bite. Walnuts add a complementary texture to this rich rum cake. Double glazed as usual.
 
Our 32 oz rum cake is available in over a dozen flavors daily + rotating seasonal flavors that are unique to our bakery.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
