Legend has it that bakers returning home from their night shift came across invaders from a neighboring town. They threw bees nests at them which sent them running and saved the sleeping town. The Bee Sting Cake was invented to celebrate their fast thinking. We've taken that same flavor profile of vanilla, honey and almonds and reinvented it as rum cake. A delightfully light rum cake for May.

Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
