You'll be transported to the tropics with our coconut rum cake. Soaked in the smooth flavor of coconut rum, this double glazed cake is moist and delicious! We do not use coconut flakes in our recipe. Texture and crunch comes from a sprinkle of walnuts. 
 
Our 32 oz rum cake is available in over a dozen flavors daily + rotating seasonal flavors that are unique to our bakery.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality cake. We do not use coconut flakes since, well, we're not fans of flakes. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
