For this seasonal flavor, we've taken influence from the month of May! 
It's national strawberry month so how could we not try it in a rum cake? 
Super strawberry but with a dark rum glaze, white chocolate chips and freeze dried strawberries so it tastes like a grown up strawberry shortcake. Glazing them twice with dark rum keeps it super moist and super tasty.

Our medium rum cake is 16 ounces and serves approx. 6 people.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality rum cake. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
