Fall is Apple Season and apples are always better with caramel... and rum! We've left the walnuts out of this flavor.  Between the apple butter and the rum this moist cake keeps the soft texture you know in rum cake and the caramel accent shines through.

Our 16 oz cake will serve 6-8 people. Perfect to share with family or friends. We bring this size to the family dinner on Sunday's. Paired with a nice cup of coffee, it's a delicious end to the weekend.
