These local treats are the perfect gift! We have been enjoying Cape Fear Rum Cakes for years. They are downtown Wilmington on N. Front Street. We keep them on hand as a ready made dessert (the rum keeps them fresh for 6 months. They come in three sizes, small, medium and large. We serve them to guests and we give them for gifts, especially around Christmas time. If you like cake and you like rum, you can't beat this combination. TWO THUMBS UP!
