Our pineapple rum cake is a sweet taste of summer.  Double glazed with our dark rum glaze, we use an all natural pineapple extract in this recipe so every single bite will be bursting with pineapple flavor. A sprinkle of walnuts on top of this pineapple rum cake provides the perfect amount of texture.
Our small(5 ounce) size is perfect for 1 - 2 people.
