Buccaneer Creole Fish Tacos

Tacos! Tacos!! I love tacos!  Especially the way we made them last night.  


Just a sprinkle of our Buccanneer Creole spice blend adds all the heat and flavor that fish needs.  Because I like a little texture on my filet, I dipped them in bread crumbs and fried in olive oil.  Wrap in a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes and onions and you've got a refreshing dinner with a spicy blackening flavor that's irresistible.
