Inspired by our favorite after dinner chocolate, say hello to our Dark Chocolate Mint Chip Rum Cake. Just as refreshing as the Andes Chocolate Mint, we start with our already top selling dark chocolate rum cake batter and add in a dash of mint, then we pour in a whole lot of mini mint chocolate chips that melt away into the cake while baking. As usual, double glazed so it's super moist and delicious.

Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality rum cake. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months, longer if frozen.
