The Holidays are Eggnog Season and eggnog is always better with spiced rum... just like this rum cake! We've left the walnuts out of this flavor.  Between the rich flavor and the spiced rum this moist cake keeps the soft texture you know in eggnog but the spiced rum shines through.

Our 16 oz cake will serve 6-8 people. Perfect to share with family or friends. We bring this size to the family dinner on Sunday's. Paired with a nice cup of coffee, it's a delicious end to the weekend.
