Lemon + Rum Cake = Spring


Yes, it's early for spring, but here in North Carolina(where we bake all of our rum cakes) it's getting warmer everyday. To celebrate the changing of the seasons, we've created a brand new flavor - Lemon Rum Cake. We've left the walnuts out of this rum cake so the bright flavor of lemon can really shine in this soft fluffy cake. As always, each cake is double glazed by hand. The rum acts as a natural preservative giving our cakes a 6 month shelf life.
